Shipping policy

All orders will be delivered to you by our very own Ambius team.

Providing you a peace of mind that your plants and containers are well looked after in the shipping and delivery process. Taking the hassle out of shipping with delivery providers and ensuring that Ambius products arrive at your door well looked after! 

A step further:

All orders where plants and containers have been purchased together, will be planted and prepared, making sure they are looking amazing, before we deliver to you. All you need to do is pick a location where they will thrive.  

Please note:

• Where stairs may be present, due to the safety of our staff, larger items will be delivered and then planted separately.

Delivery:

All orders will be delivered within 28 days of placing the order. 

Where the order has been completed prior to 28 days, we will advise via contact details provided, on placing the order.  

Upon delivery of Ambius products, our team will take a photo, which will form a part of delivery confirmation of the order.

Please note:

• If delivery was unsuccessful, a fee will be added for the second delivery. 
• All Ambius deliveries are Touchless Delivery service.
• Where Ambius is instructed to leave the products in a specified location on premises, where no one is present to accept the order, we do not take any responsibility for the products after the delivery has been completed. 
• Installation is not included as part of our service, where products are designed to be fastened to the ceiling or a wall. 

Ambius Product Collection:

You may choose to collect your products directly from Ambius location in your state.

To select the pick up option, please check the pick up box in your order checkout page and select the Ambius location in your state, from the drop down selection.
